Cameron Sparks brings 21 years of construction management experience working on multiple programs in various project management and controls positions, most recently developing and maintaining enterprise level scheduling and project controls processes and procedures. This includes overseeing and contributing to program schedule analysis, claims forensics initiatives, and providing leadership, supervision and training to management staff within the company while raising the level of schedule awareness and knowledge of the project and client management teams
