Combining the unique perspective from having served in the U.S. Army and close to 15 years experience in the South Florida Construction market, I have developed an approach to Planning and Scheduling based on my experience as a Superintendent, Project Manager and Scheduler that I believe leads to more on-time project delivery will also improving the abilities and quality of life for the Project Teams I work with.
