Dave Ambrose has recently retired as is the Senior Vice President, National Director of Scheduling for Skanska US. Dave Ambrose has over 30 years’ experience as a senior scheduler and chief scheduling engineer. In addition to working for construction management firms, Dave has provided scheduling and claims-related services to Owners and architects as a consultant. He has managed as many as 25 planners/schedulers for a major general contractor. The projects Dave has scheduled range from large office complexes to airports to hospitals and sports stadiums.  He is responsible for leading scheduling efforts on major Skanska pursuits as well as providing scheduling and claims-related direction on key projects in many parts of the world. He has led the planning and scheduling efforts on projects valued at upwards of $4 billion. Dave has also provided scheduling training to Skanska staff, including Scheduling Boot Camp, Claims Management and Oracle P6 and has lectured at several US universities. Dave’s scheduling, claims and training expertise have made him recognized throughout the construction industry.
